Ingredients:

  • 1 lb frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for approximately 5 minutes to ensure immediate flash evaporation.
  2. Place the frozen vegetables directly from the freezer into a large mixing bowl. Do not thaw.
  3. Drizzle the avocado oil over the vegetables and toss vigorously until every piece is evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle with granulated garlic, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss again so seasonings adhere to the oiled surface.
  5. Spread the vegetables into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to allow for proper air circulation.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes. At the 7-minute mark, remove the basket and shake firmly to redistribute the vegetables for even browning.
  7. Remove once edges are mahogany-colored and crispy. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice immediately before serving.
