- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.25 tsp sea salt
- 0.25 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for approximately 5 minutes to ensure immediate flash evaporation.
- Place the frozen vegetables directly from the freezer into a large mixing bowl. Do not thaw.
- Drizzle the avocado oil over the vegetables and toss vigorously until every piece is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with granulated garlic, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss again so seasonings adhere to the oiled surface.
- Spread the vegetables into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to allow for proper air circulation.
- Cook for 15 minutes. At the 7-minute mark, remove the basket and shake firmly to redistribute the vegetables for even browning.
- Remove once edges are mahogany-colored and crispy. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice immediately before serving.
