Ingredients:

  • 1 medium frozen banana (120g)
  • 1.5 cups peaches, sliced fresh or frozen (225g)
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt (115g)
  • 0.75 cup whole milk (180ml)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey (21g)
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk and Greek yogurt into the blender pitcher first to create a vortex that helps pull down the frozen ingredients.
  2. Add the raw honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon directly into the liquid base.
  3. Layer the peach slices and frozen banana chunks on top of the liquid mixture.
  4. Start the blender on its lowest setting, then gradually increase to high speed, blending until the consistency is completely smooth and creamy.
