- 0.75 cup whole milk (180ml)
- 1 tbsp raw honey (21g)
- 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Pour the milk and Greek yogurt into the blender pitcher first to create a vortex that helps pull down the frozen ingredients.
- Add the raw honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon directly into the liquid base.
- Layer the peach slices and frozen banana chunks on top of the liquid mixture.
- Start the blender on its lowest setting, then gradually increase to high speed, blending until the consistency is completely smooth and creamy.
