Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240g) Full-fat Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup (115g) High-quality Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (4g) Dried Dill Weed
- 1 tsp (3g) Onion Powder
- 1 tsp (3g) Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp (1.5g) Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp (3g) Fine Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp (0.5g) Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 tsp (5ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp (5ml) Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
- Measure the sour cream into a medium bowl.
- Whisk the sour cream alone for 60 seconds until slightly aerated and smooth.
- Add the mayonnaise to the cream.
- Crush the dried dill, parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder in your hands.
- Sprinkle the crushed herbs and spices over the dairy base.
- Pour in the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with the sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Fold the mixture with a spatula until no streaks remain.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or a lid.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes until the texture thickens and flavors meld.
