Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk of choice
- 1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1/3 cup (50g) fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- In a 12 oz mason jar or glass container, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until the yogurt is fully incorporated and the liquid is smooth.
- Add the rolled oats and chia seeds to the liquid mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure all oats are submerged and the chia seeds are evenly distributed to prevent clumping.
- Gently fold in the fresh or frozen blueberries.
- Seal the container with a tight lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats to hydrate and the chia seeds to achieve a gel-like consistency.
