Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup (50g) fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a 12 oz mason jar or glass container, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until the yogurt is fully incorporated and the liquid is smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats and chia seeds to the liquid mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure all oats are submerged and the chia seeds are evenly distributed to prevent clumping.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh or frozen blueberries.
  4. Seal the container with a tight lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats to hydrate and the chia seeds to achieve a gel-like consistency.
