Ingredients:

  • 14 oz prepared fudgy brownies, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and dried
  • 24 large white marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 12 bamboo skewers (6-inch)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and hulling them. Pat them completely dry with a paper towel to ensure the chocolate and marshmallows adhere correctly.
  2. Chill the brownies. Slice the chilled brownies into uniform 1-inch cubes using a serrated knife for clean edges.
  3. Thread the ingredients onto each bamboo skewer in the following order: brownie cube, marshmallow, strawberry.
  4. Place the assembled skewers on a sheet of parchment paper.
  5. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the skewers and allow them to sit for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate shell sets.
