Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (450g) shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) buffalo wing sauce
  • 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
  • 1 pack (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 cups (225g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 clove (5g) garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the chicken is fully coated.
  2. Slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half on a 9x13 inch baking sheet.
  3. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly across the bottom rolls, pressing down slightly, then top with a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls back on. Whisk together melted butter and minced garlic, then brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
