Ingredients:
- 1 box (15.25 oz / 432g) Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 Large Eggs
- 0.5 cup (118ml) Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup (170g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the two eggs and the vegetable oil together until fully combined and emulsified.
- Add the dry yellow cake mix to the egg mixture. Using a sturdy silicone spatula or wooden spoon, stir until a thick, tacky dough forms.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the thick batter.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared 9x13 pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set. Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into 24 bars.
