Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm water (110°F)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
- 2.5 cups bread flour
- 2 tbsp semolina flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp non-fat dry milk powder
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 0.25 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp dried basil
- 0.25 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions:
- In a stand mixer bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Add bread flour, semolina flour, 1 tsp salt, and dry milk powder. Using a dough hook, knead on low speed for 7-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Pour 3 tbsp vegetable oil into a 9x13 inch metal baking pan, coating the bottom and sides thoroughly.
- Transfer dough to the pan. Gently stretch it to the edges. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 60 minutes until doubled in height.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Use a pizza cutter to score the dough into 12 sticks, cutting about halfway through.
- Mix melted butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, basil, onion powder, and remaining 0.5 tsp salt. Brush half of the mixture onto the dough.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the bottom is golden-brown and crispy and the tops are lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and immediately brush with the remaining butter seasoning. Serve warm.
