Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded and chilled
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Instructions:
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl until velvety smooth. Note: This removes any lumps for a professional feel.
- Slowly fold in the chilled shredded cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until uniform in color and texture.
- Spoon the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap.
- Twist the ends of the wrap tightly to form a firm sphere, then roll it between your palms until it's a perfect circle.
- Place the wrapped ball in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm to the touch.
- Unwrap the chilled ball and place it on your serving platter.
- Use a small round spoon to press a shallow, circular indentation into the top side. Note: Don't go too deep or the ball might split.
- Roll the entire ball in chopped pecans until evenly coated and the surface is fully hidden.
- Lightly sprinkle the minced parsley around the circular indentation to finish the look.
