Ingredients:
- 4 large ripe peaches (approx. 2 lbs / 900g), halved and pitted
- 4 tbsp (56g) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 tbsp (50g) dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp (2g) ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp (0.75g) salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits, then place the halves cut-side up in a 9x13-inch baking dish, ensuring they are nestled snugly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until a smooth, dark paste forms.
- Spoon exactly 1 teaspoon of the glaze mixture into the center of each peach cavity, smoothing it slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the butter is bubbling and the edges of the peaches are softened and translucent.
