Ingredients:
- 9 cups (240g) Corn or Rice Cereal
- 1.5 cups (150g) Mini Pretzels
- 1 cup (150g) Red and Green M&Ms
- 1.5 cups (255g) White Chocolate Chips
- 0.5 cup (128g) Creamy Peanut Butter
- 0.25 cup (57g) Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp (5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.25 tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 1.5 cups (188g) Powdered Sugar
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cereal and mini pretzels. Toss gently by hand to avoid crushing the cereal lattice.
- In a microwave-safe medium bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and unsalted butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is glossy and smooth.
- Stir the vanilla extract and fine sea salt into the melted chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the cereal and pretzels. Using a rubber spatula, fold gently from the bottom up until every piece is thoroughly coated.
- Sift half of the powdered sugar into a 2-gallon zip-top bag. Add the coated cereal mixture, then sift the remaining powdered sugar over the top. Seal and shake vigorously until the mix is evenly 'snow-covered'.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow it to set at room temperature for 30 minutes until the coating is firm and snappy.
- Fold in the festive red and green M&Ms before serving or storing in an airtight container.
