Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) Strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup (160g) Pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup (150g) Mango, cubed
  • 1 cup (130g) Kiwi, peeled and sliced into thick rounds
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Blueberries, whole
  • 1 cup (150g) Purple Grapes, seedless
  • 2 tbsp (42g) Honey
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Fresh lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly. Cut the pineapple, mango, and strawberries into uniform 1-inch (2.5cm) pieces.
  2. Slide the fruit onto the bamboo skewers in a consistent color pattern: Strawberry, Mango, Pineapple, Kiwi, Blueberry, then Grape.
  3. Whisk the honey and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth. Using a pastry brush or spoon, lightly drizzle the glaze over the fruit.
