- 1/2 tsp (3g) sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Dice the fresh pineapple, red onion, and jalapeño into uniform 1/4-inch pieces and finely chop the cilantro leaves.
- Combine the diced pineapple, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl and toss gently to distribute colors evenly.
- Drizzle fresh lime juice over the mixture and stir in the lime zest, salt, and pepper.
