Ingredients:
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 6 oz white chocolate chips
- 3 drops oil-based food coloring
- 1 tbsp edible silver stars
- 1 pinch flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring the edges overlap the sides of the pan.
- Place semi-sweet chocolate and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring between intervals, until smooth. Pour onto the center of the pan and spread into a thin rectangle.
- Melt white chocolate using the microwave burst method. Divide the melted white chocolate into three small bowls and stir in oil-based colors.
- Drop small dollops of colored white chocolate randomly across the semi-sweet base. Use a toothpick to gently swirl the colors in circular motions.
- Sprinkle edible stars and sea salt over the wet chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the surface is firm to the touch.
