Ingredients:

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cold whole milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 6 large Granny Smith apples, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 standard-size Snickers bars, chilled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric hand mixer until smooth and airy.
  2. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold whole milk, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Continue beating until the mixture is thick and no granules remain.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a silicone spatula until the base is uniform and fluffy.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the chopped Granny Smith apples with lemon juice to prevent browning, then drain any excess liquid.
  5. Carefully fold the apples and the chopped Snickers bars into the creamy base until evenly distributed.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour. Before serving, garnish with a drizzle of salted caramel sauce, crushed peanuts, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
