Ingredients:
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup cold whole milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 6 large Granny Smith apples, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 standard-size Snickers bars, chilled and chopped
- 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, crushed
- 1 pinch flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric hand mixer until smooth and airy.
- Add the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold whole milk, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Continue beating until the mixture is thick and no granules remain.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a silicone spatula until the base is uniform and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, toss the chopped Granny Smith apples with lemon juice to prevent browning, then drain any excess liquid.
- Carefully fold the apples and the chopped Snickers bars into the creamy base until evenly distributed.
- Chill for at least 1 hour. Before serving, garnish with a drizzle of salted caramel sauce, crushed peanuts, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
