Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Agave nectar
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt
  • 3 oz (90ml) Vodka
  • 1 can (12 oz / 355ml) Olipop Strawberry Vanilla
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • 2 Whole strawberries for garnish
  • 2 sprigs Fresh mint

Instructions:

  1. Place your sliced strawberries in a sturdy glass or shaker.
  2. Add the agave nectar and the pinch of sea salt over the fruit. Let it sit for 30 seconds to let the salt start working.
  3. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to crush the berries until they look like a chunky puree.
  4. Pour in the lime juice and the orange bitters.
  5. Add the vodka to the fruit mixture.
  6. Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake for 10 seconds until the outside of the container feels frosty.
  7. Pour through a fine mesh sieve into two glasses filled with fresh ice. Note: This keeps the seeds and pulp out for a smoother mouthfeel.
  8. Top each glass with the Olipop Strawberry Vanilla, pouring slowly.
  9. Clap the mint sprigs between your hands to release the oils, then tuck them into the glass.
  10. Slide a whole strawberry onto the rim and serve immediately.
