Ingredients:
- 4 (170g / 6oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp (3g) fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup (115g) real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (45g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
- 1 tsp (1g) dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp (1g) smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken thoroughly dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
- Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet with space between each piece and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each breast to create a protective seal.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) on an instant-read thermometer.
