Ingredients:

  • 4 (170g / 6oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup (115g) real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (45g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (1g) dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken thoroughly dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet with space between each piece and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each breast to create a protective seal.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) on an instant-read thermometer.
