Ingredients:
- 5 slices deli turkey breast, oven-roasted
- 2 slices mild cheddar cheese
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
- 0.5 cup cucumber slices
- 0.25 cup pretzel sticks
- 0.5 cup fresh strawberries
Instructions:
- Lay the 1 flour tortilla on a flat, clean surface. Note: If it's stiff, microwave it for 5 seconds to make it pliable.
- Spread the 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese in a thin, even layer across the entire surface. Spread until the edges are reached to ensure the roll stays sealed.
- Place the 2 slices mild cheddar cheese in the center of the tortilla.
- Pat the 5 slices deli turkey breast with a paper towel. Do this until no surface moisture remains to prevent sogginess.
- Lay the turkey slices over the cheese, keeping them slightly away from the very top edge.
- Starting from the bottom, roll the tortilla up as tightly as possible. Apply pressure until the roll feels firm.
- Use a tiny extra dab of cream cheese on the edge if it isn't sticking.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the roll into 1 inch sushi style rounds. Cut until the blade hits the board in one smooth motion.
- Place the 0.5 cup cucumber slices and 0.5 cup strawberries in their respective compartments.
- Fill the final spot with 0.25 cup pretzel sticks. Add these last to ensure they stay away from any moisture during the packing process.
