Ingredients:

  • 5 slices deli turkey breast, oven-roasted
  • 2 slices mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup cucumber slices
  • 0.25 cup pretzel sticks
  • 0.5 cup fresh strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Lay the 1 flour tortilla on a flat, clean surface. Note: If it's stiff, microwave it for 5 seconds to make it pliable.
  2. Spread the 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese in a thin, even layer across the entire surface. Spread until the edges are reached to ensure the roll stays sealed.
  3. Place the 2 slices mild cheddar cheese in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Pat the 5 slices deli turkey breast with a paper towel. Do this until no surface moisture remains to prevent sogginess.
  5. Lay the turkey slices over the cheese, keeping them slightly away from the very top edge.
  6. Starting from the bottom, roll the tortilla up as tightly as possible. Apply pressure until the roll feels firm.
  7. Use a tiny extra dab of cream cheese on the edge if it isn't sticking.
  8. Use a sharp knife to slice the roll into 1 inch sushi style rounds. Cut until the blade hits the board in one smooth motion.
  9. Place the 0.5 cup cucumber slices and 0.5 cup strawberries in their respective compartments.
  10. Fill the final spot with 0.25 cup pretzel sticks. Add these last to ensure they stay away from any moisture during the packing process.
