- 1.5 lb shredded cooked chicken breast (from rotisserie or canned)
- 3 (8 ounce) packages full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Frank's RedHot Original Sauce
- 1 cup full-fat ranch dressing
- 4 cups (16 oz) shredded cheddar jack cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Frank's RedHot sauce, ranch dressing, and half (2 cups) of the shredded cheddar jack cheese. Mix thoroughly until the base is smooth and well-combined.
- Stir in the shredded chicken breast, ensuring it is evenly coated in the creamy sauce mixture.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top the dip with the remaining shredded cheddar jack cheese and the blue cheese crumbles (if using).
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly around the edges, and the cheese topping is melted and lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately with chips, crackers, carrots, and celery sticks.
