Ingredients:
- 250g natural creamy peanut butter
- 85g pure maple syrup
- 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 60g vanilla or chocolate protein powder
Instructions:
- In a medium glass mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir vigorously with a silicone spatula until the mixture is glossy and emulsified.
- Add the cocoa powder and protein powder to the wet mixture. Fold from the outside in, pressing with the back of the spatula until a cohesive, dark dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
- Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the dough onto a parchment-lined tray. Roll each portion between your palms until smooth and spherical.
