Ingredients:

  • 250g natural creamy peanut butter
  • 85g pure maple syrup
  • 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 60g vanilla or chocolate protein powder

Instructions:

  1. In a medium glass mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir vigorously with a silicone spatula until the mixture is glossy and emulsified.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and protein powder to the wet mixture. Fold from the outside in, pressing with the back of the spatula until a cohesive, dark dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  3. Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the dough onto a parchment-lined tray. Roll each portion between your palms until smooth and spherical.
