Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 lbs salmon fillets
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Place the salmon fillets in a sealed bag or glass dish and pour the marinade over the fish, massaging gently to ensure full coverage.
- Let the salmon marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Cook using one of three methods: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, Air Fry at 380°F (190°C) for 7-9 minutes, or Grill on medium-high, searing skin-side down for 4 minutes and flipping for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove salmon when the internal temperature hits 135°F (57°C) and let the fillets rest for 5 minutes before serving.
