Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillets
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger until the honey is fully dissolved.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a sealed bag or glass dish and pour the marinade over the fish, massaging gently to ensure full coverage.
  3. Let the salmon marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  4. Cook using one of three methods: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, Air Fry at 380°F (190°C) for 7-9 minutes, or Grill on medium-high, searing skin-side down for 4 minutes and flipping for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove salmon when the internal temperature hits 135°F (57°C) and let the fillets rest for 5 minutes before serving.
